Aver+ Manual - Does one exist?

Posts: 953 05/25/10 08:20:23	Tags : None Is there an Aver+ software manual? I haven't found one online to download. Also, when the opening screen says "click here for help" all I get is a google search page that opens. I thought it would take me directly to either online help or help files that had been stored on my computer when the software was installed.

I would recommend uninstalling Aver+ from your system, and then installing the latest version from our website. After that, clicking the "CLICK HERE" or accessing it via HELP > AVER+ Help will get you to our user manual (via Internet Explorer, but the files are on your computer under C:Program FilesAvermedia Information, IncAver+HelpENG!Aver+1.5.htm Thanks, Michael Garcen Software Product Manager Last Edited By: 05/25/10 13:46:53. Posts: 953 06/01/10 11:24:14	Thanks for the tip of reinstalling the software. Now I have access to the online manual. I was doubtful that this would work since I had installed the Aver+ software on 5 different computers and all had malfunctioned when trying to access the help files. But then I realized that I had installed them all from the same install file I had downloaded onto a USB drive. I must initially have had a faulty download. I still wish that there was a single pdf file of the manual that I could download and print out.
