When using the laser guides, the orientation is backwards - the lasers are lined up landscape, but the paper is put under the camera in portrait in order for it to appear oriented on the projector correctly. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Barbara,
This is normal, the doc cam's laser guide is actually defaulted to have a landscape proportion. Thank you John Avermedia |

I am having the same problem. Is there a way to change the orientation? I've tried everything! Laser guides are not very useful for teachers if they cannot be adjusted to portrait view for worksheets.

Hi There,
The laser guides from the doc cam is not a precise guide. It just gives you an approx area where to place your paper. to make your laser guides portrait. Place your doc cam to your side instead of in front of you. thank you JohnC AverUSA |
